2009–11

Identity, print (booklet, flyers, posters, proceedings), environmental graphics (captions, signage, billboard), and web design for the 17th International Symposium on Electronic Art (ISEA2011 Istanbul) which was held in Istanbul between 14–21 September 2011, chaired by Lanfranco Aceti. In collaboration with Onur Yazıcıgil.

A custom non-alphabetic font family, Iseanbul, was created out of the ISEA2011 logo in order to generate various secondary graphic elements (the lines and shapes that look like the Istanbul silhouette). These elements thus relate to the textual content; they actually are the related text (title of the exhibition, etc.) set in Iseanbul. How the fonts were created is explained towards the end of this page for curious people.

14–21 Eylül 2011 tarihleri arasında İstanbul'da Lanfranco Aceti başkanlığında düzenlenen 17. Uluslararası Elektronik Sanat Sempozyumu (ISEA2011 Istanbul) için kimlik, baskı (kitapçık, flyer, afiş, proceedings), mekansal grafik (eser bilgisi, yönlendirme grafiği, billboard) ve web tasarımı. Çeşitli yardımcı grafik elemanlar (İstanbul siluetini andıran çizgiler ve şekiller) üretmek için ISEA2011 logosundan yola çıkarak Iseanbul adlı özel bir font ailesi yaratıldı. Böylece bu elemanlar her durumda ilgili metnin (serginin başlığı, vs.) Iseanbul ile dizilmesi ile üretildi. Merak edenler için fontların nasıl yaratıldığı bu sayfanın sonuna doğru açıklanıyor.
